Ingredients:
- 2 ½ cups chapati atta(wheat flour)
- 2 cups water
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Method:
- Blend the four, water and salt
- Knead by hand for 8 minutes
- Divide on 10 balls
- Rest for 15 minutes.
- Bake on pan with high fire until rise and golden
- Spread with olive oil, and sprinkle with za'atar and sumac.
