Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup butter
- ½ cup roasted almonds
Method:
- Blend the butter, sugar for 2 minutes
- Add the flour and salt, and whisk for 2 minutes
- Place in baking tray and top with almonds
- Bake in the oven 175 °C for 20 min
- Store it in a jar
