Ingredients:
- 3½ cup all-purpose flour
- 1⅓ cup water
- 1¾ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon yeast
- ½ tbsp olive oil
Filing Ingredients:
- 1 cup feta cheese
- ½ cup cherry tomatoes
- wild rosemary
- olives
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
Method:
- Mix the ingredients, use your hand to squeeze until hydrated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap for 3½ hours.
- Oil the pan with olive oil and stretch the dough.
- Cover the pan with plastic for 3 hours.
- Drizzle little olive oil and add the filling ingredients.
- Bake at 220 °C for 25 - 30 minutes.
