Zaatar Roti Bread
Ingredients:
  • 2 ½ cups chapati atta(wheat flour)
  • 2 cups water
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Method:
  • Blend the four, water and salt 
  • Knead by hand for 8 minutes
  • Divide on 10 balls

  • Rest for 15 minutes.
  • Bake on pan with high fire until rise and golden 

  • Spread with olive oil, and sprinkle with za'atar and sumac.
